IndyChitlan Music Festival

Join us for a one-day only Music Festival on East 10h Street celebrating Mexican and Latino music featuring Rock, Metal, Punk and SKA bands from Indianapolis and Chicago! IndyChitlan Music Festival will be the first time that the majority of the bands of come together in Central Indiana to perform at an all-ages event.

You’ll also be able to enjoy some delicious food from the Garanacha Food Spot food truck!

Line-Up

3:00 pm: El Camaron Electronico
Indianapolis’ only self-called MP3J playing tunes from bands such as Los Crudos to Brujería and more musica en español. 

3:30 pm: Vertice 
Vertice is a Latino rock band based in Indianapolis. The band was formed in Mexico in the 90’s in Veracruz, Mexico, years later founder Alfredo Tobias moved to the Indianapolis area and re-started the band with a new line up.  Vertice plays covers from famous bands like: Caifanes , Enanitos Verdes , mana, cafe Tacuba and has a residence every month at Melody Inn.

4:45pm - Adictos al Kaös
Indianapolis based Latino crossover thrash/punk bank.

6:00pm: Tone Zone Skam
Tone Zone Skam is a Latin ska band from Chicago that was formed in November of 2010 that combines ska with every musical influence of the band members creating a unique and solid sound that characterizes the band.

7:15pm: Skaaholics
A bilingual band of musical discovery fusing culture with musical genres such as Rock, Reggae, Punk, Ska, Hip-Hop, Dub and Latin rhythms.

8:30pm: Sunset Society 
Indianapolis Black n Roll band a mixture of Black Metal and Rock and Roll.
